EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Either (a) two years business or related work experience in a solution based- face to face customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment, or (b) a college degree is required (it is preferable that candidates meet both of these qualifications). Employees that are proficient in a second language both written and orally are preferred in locations that could benefit from them. Must have excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills, as well as a basic aptitude with technology-based solutions and products. Must have a professional appearance and project a professional image to the public.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift 40 lbs. and lift materials. Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays. Must be able to stand to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
